The Center comprises 6 sections including General Services Section, Environmental Protection Section, Environmental Safety Section, Environmental Hygiene Section, Biological Contamination Control Division, and Institutional Animal Care and Use Section.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Each section has one Section Chief to<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(1) promote environmental protection and education on occupational safety and hygiene<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(2) evaluate and supervise the environments of all campus labs and internship sites<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(3) prevent, supervise, assist with and control campus pollution<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(4) plan, supervise or execute plans for promoting campus environment\u00a0 quality<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(5) design, supervise or execute plans for occupational disaster prevention, safety and hygiene at on-campus <\/span><span>labs and internship sites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ming Chuan University Environmental Protection,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Occupational Safety and Hygiene Committee was established in accordance with the relevant regulations <\/span><span>of Occupational Safety and Health Management Act\u00a0<em>(formerly Labor Safety\u00a0and\u00a0Health Organization Management\u00a0and Self-Check Act)<\/em>, <\/span><span>which includes Biological Contamination Control Sub-Committee, <\/span><span>Institutional Animal Care and Use Sub-Committee and Toxic Chemical Management Sub-Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The committee and sub-committee membership comprises on-campus professors from relevant units. <\/span><span>We try our best to promote environmental protection, occupational safety and hygiene, <\/span><span>create a sustainable campus and take social responsibility with detailed and<\/span><span>\u00a0comprehensive\u00a0<\/span><span>planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/eposh.mcu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/79\/2023\/03\/\u7d44\u7e54\u5716-EN.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"946\" height=\"497\" class=\" wp-image-10306 aligncenter\" \/><\/p><\/div><div id=\"panel-e9990-10\" class=\"x-tabs-panel e9990-10\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e9990-10\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-toggleable=\"tab-item-e9990-10\"><ol>\n \t<li>Design and supervise affairs related to environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene of each unit.<\/li>\n \t<li>Promote and implement the relevant regulations of environmental protection and education on occupational safety and hygiene.<\/li>\n \t<li>Supervise the examination and inspection of environmental protection and facilities of occupational safety and hygiene.<\/li>\n \t<li>Guide and supervise the review, regular inspection, key-point inspection and occupational safety and hygiene measures.<\/li>\n \t<li>Prevent, supervise, assist with and control campus pollution.<\/li>\n \t<li>Design for campus environmental protection, occupational disaster prevention, safety and hygiene and supervise the implementation conducted by the relevant Schools.<\/li>\n \t<li>Plan for occupational health check-up programs and implement health management.<\/li>\n \t<li>Supervise and manage the affairs of water, toxins, air and harmful pollution (chemical and infectious waste).<\/li>\n \t<li>Supervise the survey and matters related to occupational disaster, compile the statistics of occupational disaster and manage the report.<\/li>\n \t<li>Design, supervise or execute plans related to environmental protection, occupational disaster prevention, safety and hygiene.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div><div id=\"panel-e9990-11\" class=\"x-tabs-panel e9990-11\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e9990-11\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-toggleable=\"tab-item-e9990-11\"><img src=\"https:\/\/eposh.mcu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/79\/2023\/03\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"655\" height=\"946\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10493 aligncenter\" \/><\/div><div id=\"panel-e9990-12\" class=\"x-tabs-panel e9990-12\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e9990-12\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-toggleable=\"tab-item-e9990-12\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/12f9eouV_zoq8J5DjKBXg6vQaFfriaaFZ\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong>Ming Chuan University Written Statement on the Prevention of Unlawful Workplace Infringements<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/eposh.mcu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/79\/2025\/07\/\u9810\u9632\u8077\u5834\u66b4\u529b\u8072\u660e-\u82f1-\u674e\u9078\u58eb11406.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"535\" height=\"768\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11864\" \/><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brief HistoryGoalsPolicy StatementStatementMing Chuan University Environmental Protection, Occupational Safety and Hygiene Center is a first-level unit under President.
