MCU 2023-24 On-campus Regular Exercise Schedule, You’re warmly welcome!

Dear colleagues,

Healthy Physical Fitness On-campus Project has begun, all faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate in regular exercise.

1. Implementation:
(1) Exercise Periods:
First Semester:September 25, 2023 to December 15, 2023, for total of 12 weeks.
Second semester:March 4, 2024 to May 24, 2024, for total of 12 weeks.
(Once a week, and 50 minutes each time)
(2) Venues: Taipei and Taoyuan campus
(3) Responsible Staff Members: Taipei campus – Yu, Neng-Yang (2326)
Taoyuan campus – Ou, Cheng-Tsung (3523)
2. Participation Eligibility: All MCU faculty and staff members and students may register to participate in this project.
3. Sports Activities:
(1) Faculty and Staff members: badminton, table tennis, aerobic yoga, basketball, golf, walking and volleyball
(2) Students: badminton, table tennis, aerobic yoga, golf and walking
